Can anyone take a picture or tell me where the hose for the wastgate actuator connects? I'm not building any boost and trying to find out why. Thanks

most likely you have a boost leak.... the hose for the wastegate actuator if its missing will actually cause the wastegate not to open so unlimited boost till you hit fuel cut
 how does the car idle?
