87 Supra Turbo Question

Hey All,
My Supra is overheating, it seems that the 2 smaller fans are not coming on (air conditioner fan and the other). Can someone please let me know if there is a fuse for the fans and where is it located.

Check the 30A fuse in the engine bay.
