Tubro Question

I have a 1987 NON-turbo and I want to put a tubro on it. Whats involved with doing that, do I need to change the ECU, and Injectors? Can my stock clutch handle the extra power? Or should I just sell the car and get a supra with a tubro on it already?

Sell the car then find a mk3 with turbo already that's what I did

The only regret that I had was bcuz my na was mint no dents, perfect paint, has one rust spot, for a car from chicago it was pretty clean

I wish I could same the same thing for my turbo

But the power and the speed change made it all worth the time

Going na-t is a pain in the a$$. Do a swap to a 7mgte, especially if your car is clean. It could take months to sell your na.

If I switch the motor would I have to change the ECU

Yes you do,
If you're really want to convert to a 7mgte
Be sure either you have a donor car
Or buy a whole front clip
Bcuz its the little things that can hold your project for a long time
