Does anyone know the benifits of ceramic coated pistons vs stock?

let me rephrase that. Do the stock gte rods have a higher power tolerance than the pistons? If they do then i could see the ceramic coating to help boost the power roof of the pistons by helping with heat resistance. Im sure this has been answered before but while im here i mine as well ask what those power tolerances for pistons, and rods are?

Ceramic is good stuff but I don't know anyone with pistons or rods coated.

LOL i never said ceramic coated rods lol. That wouldnt do anything at all. Pistons is suppose to help with friction (aka less wair) and heat resistance.
