1JZGTE swap question
I was starting my swap yesterday and noticed a few things when I pulled the engine harness out. There are a few plugs on the harness that don't have a socket under my dash in my 87 N/A. I was wondering if I needed to swap the under dash harness with the swap to make sure all my gauges and bells and whistles on my dash will work. Or do I just need to change out the plugs on the harness to make them fit. Also what is a good boost gauge to used because the gauge on the JDM gauge cluster doesnt swap as well. If pictures are needed of the plugs then I can always get them just wondering from others that have done this swap before. One last question, the fan cooler coil where does it bolt down to and also where does the plug on the end of it go to?

I think you will be in need of a 1jz wiring harness. But don't quote me on that.
You may be able to make the 7m work with some wire mods. |
