i have an 87 supra with an aftermarket sunroof. problem im having is it wont close. when i open it the motor keeps going but when i try to close it nothing happens.. please help its hot out and i want to get it to work asap

if you can access them check the bolts on the sides near the back of the sunroof, mine came with aftermarket also, and i found one bolt was missing, and the other was loose. I still need to adjust it, but it works now. If you can't access the bolts with the roof closed, try to push the button to the open position, and very gently push up on the roof, this might help open it, and then hopefully you will be able to solve your problem.

what bolts are u talking about??? does the roof have to be open to check them? arenthey in the track of the roof???

yes they are near the back, they are not actually in the sunroof glass itself, and the easiest way i know to access them is with it open.
