I have a stock igniter off of my 91. I replaced with a blaster coil.
It worked fine, never missed. I'll sell it to you, make me an offer. I'll even hook you up with pics. |

ignitor? they are diff from coil packs. im confused as to what you are talking about. the ignitor on a turbo is behind the fuse box, is that what you replaced?

I'm speaking of the coil in the ignition system.
Did I just totally miss the boat here or what?? I thought I was on topic. Long day building the supra. |

the igniter is fine cause theres power coming from it to the coilpack i think it may be the coilpack that is having problems cause there is no power coming from it to the spark plugs.

the power goes from the battery to the igniter(behind the fuses), then the igniter goes to the ignition coil(behind the brake booster) and the coilpack(on top of engine above spark plugs) from th coilpack comes the high tension cords(aka spark plug wires) into the spark plugs.
