If I need to replace the injectors, what all is involved in upgrading to the 550cc? I assume I'll have to replace the mass AFS, but is there anything else that will need to be done? Will the 550cc injectors work with the stock ecu?

Most people just swap the AFM's housing with one of the Lexus AFM housings. This lets more air into the system while keeping the stock sensor. Otherwise you'll need a piggyback fuel controller.
