Default What can I do to improve MPG?

As posted in another thread I should be taking possession of my 1st Supra this week. I drive about 3 hours a day in highway miles for my job and given the price of gas am concerned about efficiency. I am not a racer so I am willing to give up a little power to get more miles out of a tank. Is there anything I can do, such as changing out the rear end that will up the mileage? (I'm going from a 2.2 L Camry to a 3.0 L automatic NA so I know up front I am looking at a 6 MPG hit from the get go.)

Sorry for leaving out the tech specs. This is a '91 NA automatic.
