Could anyone help me with a problem I am getting with my 1989 moddified 7M-GTE

Firstly here is the list of mods on the car.

Now for the question

The safc fitted to the car has not been mapped and so the car is running very roughly and very rich at the top end so bad I can smell it in the car.
Could anyone provide me with the base settings for this?
The low settings are all at 0 although the high settings have been done I am not sure if they are right.
Also the boost varies from day to day no matter how I set the blitz sbc.
I have it at 15 gain and 35, 40, 45, and 50 volume hoping to get a steady 1.2 bar at the 50 setting.However one day it will sit there no problem the next day it will overboost the most I have seen is 1.37bar and still going, anyone know why this is?
