annoying high pitch squeal at idle

theres an annoying high pitch squeal coming from the power steering pump, what can possibly be causing it? is it just a loose belt or should i drain the fluid or is it something else? i can only hear it at idle speeds but it goes away after about 1000 rpm

While its doing it put some water on the belt. If it stops, then its the belt.

i sprayed wd-40 on it and it makes no difference i also tried belt lube and still the same
