I just pulled the head on my 7mge and the valves have alot of carbon build up and just plain looks like crap. I want to replace them and replace anything that can be replaced with the exception of the cam(not enough money). Theres one problem I dont know how to do any thing with the valves. Can someone send me a link with a step by step process to pull them out and rebuild everything

Of course you're not going to have enough money for some things if you just dive in and replace anything that you *think* might need it.
Take the whole head to a machine shop. Have it cleaned, pressure tested, inspected for cracks, cut level (if needed) and have the valve stem seals replaced. If there's a problem with the valves or their clearances they'll tell you. |

It depends on the shop, it typically includes everything I listed except for replacing the valve stem seals and testing the springs... it's a rather vague term.

Valve job, spring test, set valve adjustment, mill head slightly to true it up, glassbead cleaning, check for cracks, check for warping, install seals (you should provide from your head gasket set).
