there is a relay for the windows themselves but no fuse. you might want to check the switches it may just be half of the driver side switch is bad because all the juice for the passenger one runs through there first. Also check to make sure your window lock button isnt pushed in that would do it too. if you pull the drivers window switch and hold it with the pluc to your right the pins nuimber starting on the right 1 on bottom then 2 on top. on the left they start from 3 on the bottom and number up to 6. push both switches up and you should have continuity between 1 2, 6 5, 1 3, and 4 5. center the button there should be continuity between 2 6 5, and 3 4 5. Down with the switch and you should have it between 1 6, 2 5, 1 4, 3 5. if you dont have that and the botton on the top of the switch is not pressed then it is bad.
