I'm a little ignorant. What does "CPS" stand for? Is there any more detail you can add to the story? Odd probelm you have there ,all the plug wires and vaccume hoses in good condition?

yeah its cam positioning sensor-CPS
Ok its almost like anytime i have to unplug my ignitor pack i have to adjust the CPS and even sometimes just driving normally the CPS needs little bit of adjustment to get it started..i had to adjust it when i change my damn plugs Now my CPS cover is broken so i might end up getting a new one my timing is exactly at 10degrees already checked it but my car feels sluggish even when turbo kicks it feels like i dont even have a turbo motor more like a N//A again i get no kick from the motor at any RPM

Well, first off 180HP at the wheels is about right for a MKIII Turbo that's only in decent shape and running stock boost. As for your problem have you checked the connectors for signs of oxidization and the wires for excessive resistence? Also make sure all the related ground are clean, electrically sound and making a good connection.
This definitely sounds like a wiring issue to me. |
