Normally if its a JDM engine there is at least a harness with it and if your lucky it has an ECU attatched to it. Ive even seen dome that have a harness that is cut at the firewall, what a shame they cant at least pull the connecters through the firewall at least. The JDM engines I beleive have different injectors on them so you would need to put american ones on. Im not sure if the plugs are different between the two. Ive seen dome that have throttle bodies with longer necks and two butterflies, I don't know whats up with those. The 86.5-88 engines have different plugs for the ECU, the former are yellow and the latter are grey, they are keyed different and are not interchangeble. Not sure about the ECU mapping though.
