Bottom of the page has a pic of both, they are the middle two.

ok sum update, i was doing a bunch of wiring and re-wiring my gauges earlier
so...
got the tach issue done with
jus used the black wire coming from the harness at the back of the gauge cluster

but still stuck on the stinkin window issue, dont seem to get any power on any of them,

any way i can fix this without spending anything?
and if the relays are broken how can i find out for sure?

Use this schematic as a guide.
http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar...x?S=Main&P=094

Pull the master switch in the door.
Turn on key till dash lights come on or just start it.
Check the plug for 12V on pin 1 the blue wire and check for a good ground on pin 5 the White with black stripe.
Turn off key.
If no power with good ground pull the main power relay.
Turn on key and and check for 12V on pin 2 and pin 1. They should both have 12V. Pin 1 energizes the main relay when you turn on the key and start the car and stays powered till you shut off the car.Pin 2 is power from the 30A CB that feeds the switch when the relay is energized. If no power on 2 then change the CB or try and reset it. The CB either heats up and trips when too much current and resets itself when it cools down or you have to manually reset it. I havn't looked at it so I don't know which it is.
Try those steps and let us know how it goes.

ok , tried those steps today and still no luck

pull the main switch off the door,
with a good ground i tested the blue wire nothing
i tested the white with black wire nothing

so i went to the main power relay
with good ground i tested all pins
and i got a power on the number two pin, and none on the other 3

so with the main power relay off, i went to the 30A Power CB
i got power on the pin 1 and none on 2

what does this mean? and how do u reset the CB

There's a small hole in the metal cap of the circuit breaker. You just need to stick in a small screwdriver or a straightened paperclip to rest it.

With the main relay out you have power on pin 2 and nothing on pin 1?
That means the CB is good and the main power to the relay is not good.
Check the 7.5 Guage fuse. Thats the power to the main power relay. But if that fuse was blown most of the guages would not be working. You could pull the 7.5 guage fuse, find out which side has power and read the Other side to pin one of the main power relay pin 1 for continuity.
It sounds like there is an open wire between the Guage fuse and the main power relay.
This main power relay also goes to the power seat lumbar, does that work?

seat lumbar works fine too, so does the power locks and the power seats

UPDATE :

i just wanted to sum everything up since, i got on a thread good enuff for a sticky

so the tach
i used the black wire on the back of the gauge cluster, it is directly behind the tach, its the only black wire on the harness, its 6th to the right from the driverside of the car,
wired it up to the aftermarket tach and it works beautifully

the window issue, after checking all of them
its was the main power relay after all, but thank god i got a parts car,
so i replaced everything,
including,
the 7.5 gauge fuse
30A ciurcuit breaker
main power relay
and the main window switch

so hopefully this thread would be any help to anybody that might have the same problem
thanx to cre, and foogoo for ur patience and your help

Definitely a helpful thread. I'm going to have to do this to the supra I am buying in a few days. I'm just glad I have a reserve for parts that are needed. The pass. window works, but the switch doesn't, so once I go through this little check, I will know for sure. It is difficult to find good walk-throughs on other sites, so thank you very much!
