Car feel's like its running on 5 cylinders

When i start the car it put's, it has a lose of power, i have new plugs and wires and replace some of the vacum hoses, It was having some hesitation before but it was fine for a while.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Ok its is running on 5 cyclinders.
