Has anyone done this? I want to make either a hardtop or aero into a full convertible, any info on reinforcement, a possible donor vehicle for use of hood etc etc.

i have seen this done before, but it was on an 82-86 model. it was freaky as hell, but looked good. i didnt like the body moldings they added, but the convertable top was worth looking at.
