hiya,
my car is poorly and suspectd bhg its just gone off for testing,basically afer 450miles continuious driving includin a 4hr traffic jam on the notoriuos M25 brown fluid exploded outta bonnet all up window screen and plenty of steam,i know the radiator cap blew its seal but i have read many posts here about bhg and im not sure of anything reall lol(complete newbie,just love driving my car ![]() |

if you have the turbo model from 86.5-92 then you have the 7mgte, non turbo is the 7mge. 93 and up turbo is the 2jzgte, non turbo is the 2jzge. the most common overheating problem that i have heard of is blowing the head gasket or just stretching the fire ring out around the coolant passages. both of these would require replacement of the head gasket and all other gaskets from there up. the kit costs around three hundred dollars for all of the gaskets head and up.
