AEM makes the easiest stand alone i've seen yet, which is a plug n' play. so far as emissions, what are you trying to take off??

i'm not sure of removal of egr as we don't have it here... but we do have stock egr block off plates, one bolts to the back of the intake manifold and the other bolts on to the back of the head on exhaust side
i'll see if i can find a write up somewhere for ya

here's some tips from users from sf
mikkee123: its possible. Takes time and patience. There are two 12mm nuts underneath the actual egr valve. You need an extension and the 12mm socket i think. With time and patience it will take you 30 min max. Also..you need to block off the egr vacuum line. It comes off of the throttle body, down under the intake manifold, to a vsv and then to the egr modulator. Cap off that line, and the 2 egr ports and you're set. Pretty straight forward conundrum07: You need the block off on the upper intake manifold. The other one on the lower manifold is not needed if you block off the EGR cooler on the back of the head (this way is better, keeps the heat away from the back of the head). drjonez: for blocking vacuum lines -the one on the TB, just cap it. -the one that comes off the metal vac tubing under the intake manifold (feeds the VSV under the intake manifold), just cap it. dunno if you can view this http://www.supraforums.com/forum/attachmen...tid=32713&stc=1 that's all i can seem to find for now
