Code 11???

Did a diagnostic right now and I got what seems to be code 11. It dosent appear on the TSRM, but on my Haynes book it says Code 11= ECU power Source. Any help???

Check the ECU main as well, its under the hood behind the battery, my main is finiecky, some times it starts quickly and others it wont start for a few mins even not starting at all two or three times!
