Stayin on and Idling????
ok guys i got a problem...I start my car and it idles really low sometimes to the point where the car shuts off its really rough when it idles and doesn't last long before it shuts off...if u rev it and then stop it automatically shuts off...this is gettin old...does anyone whose been workin with this car for a while no wat might be goin on...i need some help and dont know what to do...

Check your ignition timing sounds like it is a bit off. If not that I would check the TPS ( throttle postion sensor) to make sure it is rigged right. But I am thinking it is your timing.

You could also try checking your Vacuum lines... I had a couple routed to the wrong place (oops) and a cracked one, and it was causing a very low, sporatice idle that would occasionally stall the engine. Also, if I revved it up real quick then let off the gas almost always it would immediately stall.

could be a reallt bad vacuum leak,
but when you said it revs, how high can it rev does it rev to only 2000-2500 rpm? could be the AFM too

yea actually it only revved up as high as 2000 and maybe just a little ova...
