stock BOV sound question??? Curious
You guys see how the stock bov is disconnected on one side. Why did they do this? Does it provide the swhoosh sound??? In case it does the swhoosh sound would it have any negative effects to the engine?

I just did this today. It has no negative effect but IMO it sounds cool. IDK if you lose any power because the recirculating BOV keeps air in the intake.

I know on cars like DSM's they run really rich for a few seconds if you dont vent it back into the intake. And will almost die if you drop down back to idle. None of that on the supra? Cool as soon as I get my head studs, and head on, vented BOV.
