Amsoil is a great synthetic oil, perhaps the best.
I recommend it for engines that are broken in and have less than 60k miles on them. BUT.......if your engine has lots of miles on it using dino oil, then I don't recommend synthetic. Syn oil will wash away the varnish and minor buildup around the seals, which will cause leaks to develop.
