Question, before goin with all these complicated procedures, did u check the most simple thing? IE. ur throttle body adjuster screw? maybe its keeping the Throttle body a little too open :P
as for your clutch problem, if its feeling spongey, you should get a new clutch, less you wanna do more damage to your flywheel... just my 2 cents

so i found some holes in the hose that comes off the idle control valve and i thin this is what is causeing it, what do u think

Probably, replace the hose and see what happens.
