does someone know how much one would cost and where i could find a decent priced one in minnesota?

About $50 at any parts store. There gonna be a Bosch, which is the leading manufacturer. Possibly a NTK, or Denso. All will work fine.

thanks. are they that hard to put in? considering im 16 and have a fair ammount of knowledge on motors. do you have any tips that i could use so i dont break something?

For a couple hours, first Soak the bolts with PB Blaster....
