I was just wondering are all bulbs the same size? Because i was checking on Ebay and they say their bulbs will fit into anything, so are all bulbs universal? Also if anyone knows, which Xenon (halogen) bulbs look the best? Theres all sorts of watts and numbers like 6000K.
Cheers.

Bulb-hell !!!!!
I seem to have come across a HUGE issue on bulbs as I need to replace my '94 SZ headlights ones. All through Repco, Partsmaster, Supercheap Autos etc over here in NZ all the replacement bulbs have the lock-slots with two big and one small "locking-flap" around the edges of the base of the bulb. Well blow me away with an air gun, the Toyota ones all have it the opposite way around. Does ANYONE know how I can get around this ? It's gonna cost me apparrently $120 nzd to get one frickin replacement bulb !!!! WTF ???
Anyone know If there is a conversation (cheap and quick) that I can make or can I buy the aftermarket bulbs and cut down the locking slots to match the original ? This is driving me NUTS ! I want some HID bulbs yet can't seem to fit the damned things. Pleeeeeeeeeease can someone assist ? Madneil |
