Need Help on Insallation of Sparco Wheel (No Horn)

I've installed the sparco hub and wheel on my MKIV TT 6_Spd. The problem is I can't figure out how to hook up the horn. Apparently it has something to do with the clock spring. Unfortunately the sparco hub will not fit on the wheel shaft while the clock spring is in place due to a plug and wire (See Pics). Any help would be appreciated.

The Spraco hub lines up with the outside circumference of the yellow sticker.

The plug and wire that don't allow the hub to seat. (would have to be broken or cut off)

I'm not sure, but I think that hub has something to do with the airbag. If you remove it, that should probably be the only downside? When I swapped my '94 oem mkiv tt 'brick' airbag steering wheel for an MR2 w/airbag, the only thing I had to add is an airbag plug adapter...oh, and I lost my cruise control lever.

Possibly, you could trace the problem with the TSRM Electrical:
