I'm 99%+ positive that the only 2-piston front brakes on an Mkiv, anywhere worldwide, are on the n/a model. Put me in touch with anyone of your "alot of people" list, and I'll set them straight.

Hmm I've looked at 2 wrecked tt MKIV in N.Z to try and get some 4 pot front brakes and they both been 2 pot fronts (both were pre 95 models)

The U.S cars get all the good parts!

yeah thats wut i tho too.. all imports or most of them
all the mk4 tt front brakes r 2 pistons..
but the USDM models mk4 tt front brakes are 4 pistons..
but yeah i STILL need new brake pads..

Well I guess I learned something here. If this is accurate, then I'd guess that n/a front brake pads should work.

Sorry to tell you that question is pretty much the same as "what are some of the good rolex watches (or diamond rings, armani suits, alligator skin boots, etc.), but with decent price? As far as I know, all of the big brake kits (Brembo, Stoptech, AP Racing, Rotora, etc.) are fairly pricey. Think of it this way - why would you want something "with a decent price" when it's literally the one system on your car that you will need to save your life...over and over again?

There is one relatively affordable option, for almost any street / autocross / roadracing scenario: brake ducts. This will absolutely 100% for sure improve your overall braking performance and longevity.

On the other hand, if you're only considering a big brake it for looks, then my sincere advice to you is to save your $.

how much are a pair of 4 pot front brake calipers going for over there??

guess you would need rotors to suit to??
