It's a scam. E-mail him and I'll bet you anything that he'll come back with a story about how the car isn't in your area anymore, that it's with him but will ship it to you for no extra charge.

Usually they are better deals, like I saw an nsx with 110k for $5k which was a scam. I dont know, if not its a great deal.
