Default Finding the right MKIV

Did you guys ever think you would never find the right MKIV and that you would never own a supra? I really want one and ive finally decided to sell my 05 EVO VIII. The supra is just legendary and badass and ive wanted one for a long time im just quite intimidated because im finding supras for sale over ebaymotors and am pretty nervous that ill get sold a lemon supra.

Ive been reading posts on here about buying a supra and what not. Any more tips/support you guys/gals could provide would be awesome but ive decided to sell my evo and devote my free time to finding the right supra and i dont even care if i have to buy it in the winter cuz it will go right into the garage until spring anyways haha

Im just kinda bummin right now my head is like spinning from all the information ive been trying to soak up but i really want one of these so im willing to deal with it

My best advice is to spend extra time to learn as much as possible, and then be ready to go to extraordinary lengths to find the car you want. These are ultra-rare GT sportscars, and you may have to fly to several cities to see several Mkiv Supra TT's in-person before you find one that meets all of your criteria. Leverage local Mkiv Supra TT owners in the area where possible, and be ready to jump on a deal (cash-in-hand) when you find the right car.

Best of luck - please let us know if you have any specific questions.

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
