Regarding the setup, I saw that you specified both the E11 and the FCON-V? You don't need them both. I've got no experience with the E11, so I can't endorse it, but you could also consider an AEM ecu. The HKS twin kit is a waste of $ - just get a single for just as much power&spool, and better reliability. Be careful with the nitrous kit - you'll need to do lots of tuning and re-jetting to make sure it runs safely. You probably don't need any of the "Engine Specs.", since the oem bone-stock engine will reliably and repeatedly produce up to 1000hp with absolutely no issues. If you're looking to make more power than this, you'll definitely need a much bigger turbo. The rest of the items you specified are workable for a start...

A 500hp+ street-legal mkiv supra turbo setup is definitely possible, but you'll need to run either race fuel or alcolhol/meth+water injection when you're boosting. For (only) 500rwhp, a 58mm or 61mm turbo is fine. Again, stay awy from that HKS Twin 2835 Turbo Kit - it's a waste of $ UNLESS you just feel that you must be able to tell folks your Supra is a "twin turbo". It's a lot of extra coin just for that one 'bragging right' (with no performance benefit). I was confused by one thing you said in your last post "I would keep the engine stock". I guess you've changed your mind then (hopefully I helped with that! ). Your original post specified $6500 in engine mods, including JUN Pistons, GReddy rods, etc....
