Are you willing to supplement with methanol injection and/or nitrous? On pump gas alone, what you're asking for really isn't possible with a 3L 2jz-gte.

A meth injection kit sprays methanol into the charge-air piping when you boost, so your (only) 93 octane fuel doesn't lead to detonation at moderate boost levels (eg. 24psi). You'll need a high-end meth injection kit - something made to go on a civic won't cut it.
