Anybody out there if you could help me it would be very useful right now... i have a supra n/a and plan to swap to a 2jz motor with the tranny but what else do i need to do to it to make it like the supra turbo because my motor just blew yesterday and it sucks not having my beasty car! i also have a supra turbo shell but motor was stolen when i bought the car its a 94 with minor dents to the body.... so i'm looking for two 2jz motors if anyone knows where i can get these for a cheap price and in good condition.
I need help with the info about swaping my n/a motor to a 2jz motor and how do i make it perform like a tt supra and if their is any differences between the two besides the great 2jz..... also if anybody knows where i can buy two 2jz motors and 1 tranny for a low cost??? also have a 94 supra shell missing a motor thats how i bought it idk what else is missing... That said, some Japanese engine importers do have used 2jz-gte engines, but usually they're for an Aristo and not a Supra. This means that, among other things, the oil pan needs to be swwapped. To put a 2jz-gte into an n/a chassis you'll need a 2jz-gte primary wiring harness, ignitor, resistor pack, and ecu (at the very least). Yes, there are a lot of differences besides the engine. I'll post a few threads on that topic here for your reference: http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...a-6-speed.html http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...d-already.html http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...ge-vs-gte.html http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...supra-n-a.html http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...win-turbo.html http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...-question.html http://www.toyota-supra.info/forums/...-question.html P.S. There's no need to start two different threads with the same questions to get a response...
