I got the car thurday and the engine was extremely clean. Look like it was rebuilt. thx for the help pwpanas and he didnt have the maintainence record.:barf:

Did you check the inside of the engine, or just the outside? With regular, synthetic oil changes, the inside should be clean as a whistle.

my mechanic gave the car a clean bill of health. Engine and Tranny are in awesome form.

What were the compression and leakdown test numbers?
