My 95 Supra clicks about 3 ro 4 times before finally cranking over and starting. Any suggestions before i change the ignition and starter. The alternator and battery are both good also.

Please post new threads in the appropriate forum. This thread is moved to the MKIV section.

It sounds like you may have a bad connection on the battery cable running to the starter. Ensure that there is NO corrosion, that the terminals are tight (at the battery and the starter), and that the battery cable itself does not have any abnormally hard or soft spots in it.

i have replaced the terminals and traced to the starter and have no corrosion and good connection. The funny thing is when i get the car started and run for a good 20 minutes, it will crank right up later. Its when the car has not been started for a long period of time that it has that problem.

It's possibly a bad starter... Of the many dozens and dozens of Mkiv's I've worked on, I haven't heard of this problem before.

Note: A starter rebuild kit from 'yota is very affordable...

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
