Default 2JZGTE Crank torque specs

Hey,

I'm about to pull the old girl to bits to do some fabrication, then I'll put her back together. I've been advised that the optimal torque for the crank is 15 ft/lb over standard but can't find standard torque specs for the life of me.

What is your crank torqued at? I have the ARP head/main studs.

Thanks
