brake and ecu question

i have a 93.5 supra N/A and i know the tt brakes are far superior to mine. mostly because the computer for them is much more advanced. if i got the tt brake computer could i just replace it with the one that is in my car.

also i am doing a tt swap. hints thats why i want to upgrade the brakes. i want to know what ecu i would need to get if i wanted to us the 2jzgte emgine with the r154 tranny. are all of the manual ecu (like the one that comes with the manual 6 speed tt supras) the same? would it just be better to by the complete set up instead of buying everything separate? there is a shop not to far from me that said they can get me a gte motor with the r154 set up for 3200. what would you suggest. any help is appriciated. thxs
