diifference between turbo and non-turbo engines?
The twin turbo engine is 2JZ-GTE and the non-tubro is 2JZ-GE? What is the main difference? Intake manifold, Exhaust Manifold. Is the block the same for both? Is the head the same, valves, springs, cams? Does anyone have links to the engine diagrams?
Thanks

pretty much teh same motor, the exhaust manifolds are different because one has a two turbos and the other doesnt, the intake manifold is pretty much the same, the head is pretty much the same, though i think they retard the timing a little, the only major difference is the internals, the pistons and rings are low compression on the turbo model, and high compression in the n/a model, engine diagrams huh...its late im lazy ill get them tomorro haha hope this info helps

Piston, cams, block will more than likely have other things like oil squirters on the Turbo models, ect. They're close, but Toyota overbuilt the Turbo engines a bit more than usual.
