Default YES or NO on a 1996 supra

ok so this supra is a 1996 supra, body is super clean, its an auto tranny. now to the modz

single precision 6265 turbo
mapECU
intercooler
exhaust
targa
all re-done leather interior
19" racinghart wheels and new tires 255
hidz
relocated new battery.
prosport oil pressure and boost gauge
big intake manifold
tubular exaust mani
big throttle body

only two problems would be the fact that that a carrier bearing is bad, and it has a salvaged title.

now should i trade a mint srt4 26 k miles and a couple grand for it, or no. is this car woth it even with the bad title.

In general, probably not. To me, it's primarily because you'll likely need the SRT4 as a daily driver while you deal with the carrier bearing (if that's really the problem), and properly addressing any other issues related to the reason the title was salvaged.

Just wondering - is it an n/a-T or an upgraded TT? It's pretty strange that it'd have a "big throttle body" with a relatively small single turbo and a stock intake plenum. On an unrelated note, it's also pretty darn strange for the driveshaft carrier bearing to go bad as well.

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
