Importing an mkIV

Why would you import one? Just so it'll be RHD? I suspect you're going to have a terrible time since they were already sold in this market and the EDM vehicles may not have had the same safety standards as the US models. You're are probably going to have an easier time importing just the bare chassis. Parts are easier than whole cars but parts which make up a certain percentage of the vehicle are treated as a whole vehicle.

I know a couple people haven't been able to bring RHD MKIII's which were imported into Canada back to the US... so it's not promising. This isn't something which really comes up much so you'll probably have to just start looking into the legal requirements.

Don't know about importing, but definitely get a TT or a single turbo. If you don't know, a single turbo Mkiv is an *upgraded* turbo. The oem turbo system on the Mkiv is twin sequential. The only way to have a single turbo Mkiv is for the owner to have removed the oem twins and put on a single kit.

So what can i get more HP from, a single or a TT? and i dont mean just from the turbos, i mean after mods

Most of them are in japan but there is a place on there and there from Florida and they have supras at the lot for sale

And single turbo is a better setup to get more power and it's cheaper than buying two turbos

and also are you plaining on having it as a street car or track car. Cuz it going to be kinda hard to get it legalized for the states
