Default Did i get a good buy on my supra i just bought mk4

I just bought a 1994 tt targa manual converted to big single turbo T78 fresh build with motor overhauled for the new turbo and tranny and clutch. new tires on volk 18 inch rims. car is a dark blue with a fast n the furious front nose clip.
It has 84000 miles on the body did i do ok for $29000 canadian.

Depends a lot on the work that was done (especially the motor overhaul - both the components used and the quality of the machine work). Depends on the width (not the diameter) of the rims. In general, it seems you might have done fine. Note however that the T78 is a mid-size turbo with a terrible lag...because it's a VERY old turbocharger design. You'll eliminate a lot of lag by upgrading the turbo, and you won't loose any power.
