Default front active spoiler

Hi
I have a 1995 toyota supra 3l twin turbo manual (uk spec) and for some reason my front active spoiler does not come down after going over 60mph anymore, but if i turn the ignition on without starting the car and hole the button for it to come down it does, also my cruise control has stopped working at the same time, Does anyone know why this is happend and how to fix it?
Also if the two are related.
Thanks

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of worldwide experience with that active spoiler. It was only an option in Europe and Japan, I believe.

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
