Need help figuring this out car won't stay on

Ok did a engine swap same non turbo motor off. A 93 supra .swapped all parts from old motor to new motor cause the ac and alternator and steering pump were different connectors to the harness but got the car running and now it won't stay on now you gotta keep feeding it gas just to stay on and also the car is running to rich and won't go over 4,000 rpm's it's like it's maxed out. Any ideas already checked the fuel pump and changed out fuel filter cleaned out gas tank , changed the spark plugs checked out the vacuum holeses . Oh ya and this car sat for ten years before we started working on it any ideas
