If the valve stem seals haven't been changed I'd get them done as soon as you notice a little persistent white smoke coming from the tail pipe. At 130k mileage they would be overdue I expect.

i have not noticed any white smoke, I will keep my eye out ! Thanks!

The smoke isn't persistent from 'cooked' valve seals. It only happens on start-up.
