Fans and pulleys

I have been looking and was wondering if I would benefit at all from upgrading my pulleys and fans on my supra. I tried researching the pulleys and fans but all I can find is hit and miss stuff like you should switch out fans when upgrading to a single and it will cool the engine more. With the pulleys I have read that they reduce the rotating mass which will mean around ~10whp.
Any insight into this?
