Need help, Cruising RPM
 

Hey guys
I have a 93.5 NA supra with JDM TT engine and tranmission swap.
It cruise at70mph at about 3000rpm, which seems a little bit high for me.
So i want to know what you guys' cruising rpm is?

that sounds about right.

I think the VVTi version @ 70mph is 2,500 RPM

Dose it has anything to do with the diff?
I think the NA has a 4.2 ratio while the TT version has about 3.7.

Which transmission did you swap in?

Sorry don't know much about n/a or JDM-spec...perhaps there's only one choice? If you did a US-spec 2jz-gte (TT) swap, you could have chosen a 4spd auto or a 6spd manual (V160).

I've also heard that the auto diff ... at least for the TT, is geared lower than the 6spd diff.
