GTE swap issues
I just finished swapping out my car with a GTE and i bought all compatible parts, when i go to start my car theres no spark, not even a faint spark from any cylinders, i ruled out coil packs and cam sensor because there completely new, the coil pack ground is new and secure all my grounds are clean and tight and I've tested all of them im starting to lose my mind, i tried the trick of spinning the cam sensor and didnt hear anything or see any spark, and i checked the voltages to the coil packs and igniter and have 12V where needed, i just purchased another igniter, only to see if thats the problem, but when i turn the key to the on position my engine light doesnt come one, and when the 7mge was running it did, is that a sign of ecu problems, because i tested all ECU voltages from the online TSRM and there all where they need to be, and i have i couple of wire ends behind my dash that i have no clue where they go, ones red with black spots ones orange and green with black spots and the last is blue with red line, any help thanks

I'd suggest starting with the ignition troubleshooting section of the Engine TSRM. Oh, check the Electrical TSRM for the colors of the wires you've got hanging behind the dash too. Here's a starting point: http://www.supracentral.com/foundation/mkiv-tsrm/ http://myweb.usf.edu/~cbmurphe/95tsrm.rar http://www.qoke.net/supra/95tsrm.rar http://www.2jzgarage.com/2012/01/97-...ervice-manual/ Here are the Toyota part numbers (there's no substitute to having the book right next to your car): 1993.5 00400-RM343-U1 VOL 1 REPAIR 00400-RM343-U2 VOL 2 REPAIR 00400-RM347 ATM OVERHAUL 00400-WD174 COLOR WIRE DIAGRAMS 00400-14500 OWNERS MANUEL 1994 00400-RM359-U1 VOL 1 REPAIR 00400-RM359-U2 VOL 2 REPAIR 00400-RM391 ATM OVERHAUL 00400-WD182 COLOR WIRE DIAGRAMS 00400-14507 OWNERS MANUEL 1995 00400-RM408-U1 VOL 1 REPAIR 00400-RM408-U2 VOL 2 REPAIR 00400-RM391 ATM OVERHAUL 00400-WD219 COLOR WIRE DIAGRAMS 00400-14514 OWNERS MANUEL 1996 00400-RM444 REPAIR 00400-RM391 ATM OVERHAUL 00400-RM481 REPAIR SUPPLEMENT 00400-WD253 COLOR WIRE DIAGRAMS 00400-14523 OWNER MANUEL 1997 00400-RM502 REPAIR 00400-RM391 ATM OVERHAUL 00400-WD274 COLOR WIRE DIAGRAMS 00400-14525 OWNERS MANUEL 1998 00400-RM587-U1 VOL 1 REPAIR 00400-RM587-U2 VOL 2 REPAIR 00400-EWD326U COLOR WIRE DIAGRAMS 00400-OM14528U OWNER MANUEL OTHER BOOKS OF INTREST: 00400-NC096 NEW CAR FEATURES 93.5 SUPRA{EXCELLENT} 00400-NC109 NEW CAR FEATURES 1995 00400-NC120 NEW CAR FEATURES 1996 00400-NC132 NEW CAR FEATURES 1997 00400-NCF150U NEW CAR FEATURES 1998 00400-BRO42 COLLISION REPAIR MKIV 00400-RM767E WIRE HARNESS PLUG AND TERMINAL BOOK

I'm sorry I'm running an 88 Toyota but I now have spark but only in cylinders 2 and 5 but when I spin my CPS my injectors open, my problem before was a bad ecu but now I'm not sure I checked coil packs and their good all sets are doing the same thing I check continuity between ecu plugs and sensor plugs everything checks out both igniters have the same result so how do I test to see if it's an ecu problem or CPS any ideas would be great, also I cleaned all grounds and grounded coil packs, any help would be greatly appreciated
