Replacing Fog Light bulb on 1994 Supra Turbo

I just noticed that the driver side fog light is not working. How do I replace the light bulb? I think I should replace both as a pair.

It should be on the manual. Try also 4wheelonline if you are looking for aftermarket foglight bulbs.
