Default Supra RZ vs E46 BMW

Alright guys supra vs bmw again, no off topic crap this time, My friend recently brought up a topic a toyota supra rz vs. a e46 bmw m3, then I go and say well if it did manage to beat it, then there is the csl, but yet he still thinks it would beat them both, I would love for someone to help me compare these vehicles.

Has the Supra RZ been modified?

...and would you mind if we used the US-Spec Mkiv Supra TT instead of the Supra RZ for the comparison? If so, I'll be happy to supply all of the data for the Supra side of the comparison...

Why would anyone compare what some would regard as the sportiest/fastest car BMW has to offer (the M3) with a non-turbo Mkiv Supra? Wouldn't it be a more 'apples to apples' comparison between (for example) a non-turbo Mkiv Supra and a 325i?

Not sure but he said specifically the rz, and that it would beat any m3 but not the gtr
